1 Tbs pumpkin pie spice
¼ cup butter
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups Cinnamon Chex
2 cups Wheat Chex
2 cups Honey Nut Chex
8 oz. pecans
- Combine brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice
- Melt butter and add vanilla, combine with sugar and spice
- Mix cereals and pecans in large microwavable bowl.
- Pour spice mixture over cereals and mix to coat.
- Microwave 5 minutes, stirring after every minute.
- Spread on paper towels to cool.
- Store in an airtight container.
This is a nice change from regular Chex Mix. Great around the holidays.
